We are seeking a talented and dedicated Pawn Broker Jewelry Salesperson to join our team, with a strong ability to work weekends. Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, offering expert advice and guidance in their jewelry selections. * Conduct thorough appraisals of jewelry items brought in by customers, ensuring accurate valuation and authenticity assessments. * Effectively negotiate prices with customers for jewelry purchases or loans, maintaining a fair and transparent approach. * Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of various jewelry products, including gemstones, precious metals, and unique designs, to enhance customer satisfaction and sales. * Handle cash transactions efficiently and responsibly, maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory. * Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements governing pawn transactions and jewelry sales. * Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and visually appealing store display, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers. * Proactively engage in outreach efforts or marketing initiatives to attract potential customers and increase foot traffic. * Stay updated on industry trends, market values, and new jewelry designs to provide the best recommendations to customers.
