Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Security Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities and managing existing client accounts within the security solutions industry. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, business development, and account management, leveraging their expertise in B2B sales, door-to-door sales, and territory management to drive growth. The Security Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities * Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts * Manage a designated territory by developing strategic plans for client acquisition and retention * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase security solutions tailored to client needs * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and account management * Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction * Collaborate with internal teams on marketing strategies and technical sales approaches * Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze sales data * Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities * Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and potential areas for growth * Maintain a thorough understanding of Brinks Security products, industry standards, and competitive landscape Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on security solutions * Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and lead generation effectively * Excellent negotiation and customer service skills to foster long-term client relationships * Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for sales tracking and analysis * Effective communication skills for product demos, presentations, and client interactions * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting sales targets * Familiarity with marketing strategies related to security products and services * Demonstrated success in inside or retail sales environments is a plus * Strong analysis skills for assessing client needs and developing tailored solutions * Experience with upselling, technical product explanations, and managing complex sales cycles Join our team as a Security Sales Representative to leverage your expertise in outside sales, territory management, and technical demonstrations while contributing to the growth of innovative security solutions.
