Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through building relationships and helping guest find the right vehicle. The ideal candidate will possess great customer service background, with experience in both inside and outside sales environments. You will leverage your negotiation skills and customer service expertise to build lasting relationships with clients while promoting our dealership and services. Duties * Engage in lead generation activities, including cold calling and networking, to identify potential clients. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings. * Manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service. * Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics. * Give high quality customer service. Requirements * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar tools for effective account management. * Ability to conduct product demos and communicate complex information clearly. * Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
