Associate Account Manager Healthcare Staffing & Technology Company, Newark, NJ Salary: $40,000 annually This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm Summary : AllShifts is a high growth, dynamic healthcare staffing technology company with 1000% growth over the past eight years. Overview We are seeking an Associate Account Manager to support our Account Management team as we expand into new states. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals eager to learn healthcare staffing operations, customer service, and relationship management. Associate Account Managers focus on execution, responsiveness, and operational support while developing the foundational skills needed to advance into higher Account Manager roles. Role & Responsibilities * Provide timely, professional support to assigned healthcare facilities * Assist with coordinating shift coverage by matching staff to open needs * Communicate staffing updates clearly with facilities and internal teams * Advocate for available shifts to nursing staff * Utilize the AllShifts platform and third-party systems to manage schedules * Support senior Account Managers in building and maintaining accounts * Meet daily activity and responsiveness expectations Qualifications * 0-1 years Healthcare staffing experience * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment * High level of organization and attention to detail * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic * Collaborative team player with a positive attitude * No prior healthcare staffing experience required (training provided) Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, 401K Matching, Paid Time Off Pay: $40,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
