Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing team! Responsibilities * Engage in outside sales efforts by actively prospecting new clients through cold calling, lead generation, and territory management. * Manage existing accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction, upselling, and retention through effective account management strategies. * Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions aligned with client needs. * Develop and execute business development plans to expand market reach within assigned territories. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. * Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to close deals that benefit both the client and company objectives. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and generate new leads. * Maintain comprehensive records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and territory updates to ensure seamless management. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales or B2B (business-to-business) sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong knowledge of territory management, lead generation techniques, and direct sales strategies. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships effectively. * Demonstrated ability in negotiation, customer service excellence, and product demos that drive conversions. * Experience in retail sales, technical sales, or technology-related industries is highly desirable. * Excellent analysis skills to interpret market trends and identify new opportunities for growth. * Prior management experience or involvement in business development initiatives is a plus but not required.
