Dennis Dillon is looking for a motivated, organized, and ambitious Parts Sales Person to work within our automotive parts department. You will be working with customers and automotive salesmen selling Accessories / services on new and used vehicle purchases. (Floor Mats, Window Tint, paint protection film, wheels, tires, rhino bed liners, lift kits, truck / 4X4 accessories, etc.). This is a full time retail position and will require Saturdays and some holidays to be worked. We would like to find someone with Auto or Truck Parts Sales experience (tire stores, auto parts stores, etc.) but an interest in vehicles / trucks and an outgoing personality are most important - we can train you on the rest. The pay for this position will be a salary plus commission and have bonuses for specific items being sold (spiffs), so the starting amount can vary based on performance. We are a multi brand dealer with many options for advancement and offer full benefits, 401K, etc. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable auto accessories. * Utilize effective sales techniques, including upselling and negotiation, to close sales. * Maintain a thorough knowledge of inventory and assist in inventory management. * Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. * Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on leads to drive sales growth. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. * Track and manage follow up with previous customers.
