Sales Assistant Hafendorfer Machine, Inc. (HMI) has been providing a variety of services since 1994, from machining to stamping and everything in between. We continue to expand our list of value-added services, such as robotic welding, honing, and prototyping. We have over 60 employees and a dedicated staff of engineers. Fully staffed, we operate 24 hours a day, 5 days a week. HMI has an immediate opening for a Sales Assistant. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and an excellent team player. Job responsibilities include: * Placing calls to current and potential customers * Scheduling meetings for sales staff * Answering customer calls and emails * Entering and maintaining customer and sales data * Assisting the Sales Department as needed * Working closely with the Engineering Department to gather information and obtain accurate quotes for customers Candidates must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task. Strong communication skills and a personable demeanor are essential. Experience with Excel is required.
