Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service. * Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments. * Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and manage customer interactions. * Engage in negotiation processes to close deals and achieve sales targets. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for lead generation and business development. * Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing client inquiries. * Conduct warm calls to follow up on leads and nurture existing client relationships. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Qualifications * Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales is preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Familiarity with telemarketing practices and outbound calling techniques. * Proficient in using CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing customer data. * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Ability to provide exceptional customer service while addressing client needs effectively. * Strong business development acumen with the ability to identify new opportunities. * A proactive approach to marketing strategies that drive engagement and lead generation.
