Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Restoration Sales Representative for a long-term project in Brandon, FL. * PAY: $1,000 (Salary) + 5% commission (Gas reimbursement available) * HOURS: 35-40 Hours a week * SCHEDULE: 7:00am - 5:00pm * DURATION: Temporary to Permanent * START: 12/19/2025 A Restoration Sales Rep sells property damage repair services (fire, water, mold, storm) by finding clients, building relationships with property owners/agents, assessing damage, creating estimates, and guiding customers through claims, requiring strong sales, communication, and problem-solving skills, balancing reactive emergency sales with proactive commercial relationship building. Key Responsibilities * Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and pursue new residential and commercial clients needing damage restoration. * Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong ties with homeowners, property managers, insurance agents, and contractors. * Damage Assessment: Visit sites to assess damage (water, fire, mold, etc.) and scope projects. * Estimating & Proposals: Create accurate estimates and proposals, often using specialized software like Xactimate. * Insurance Coordination: Work with insurance companies to process claims for clients. * Project Oversight: Collaborate with restoration teams to ensure successful project completion. Essential Skills & Qualifications * Sales Acumen: Proven ability to sell services, negotiate, and close deals. * Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for explaining complex processes. * Industry Knowledge: Understanding of restoration processes, techniques, and relevant software (like Xactimate). * Problem-Solving: Ability to find solutions under pressure, especially in emergency situations. * Adaptability: Comfortable with both fast-paced residential emergencies and longer commercial sales cycles. Additional Requirements: * Must be eligible to work in the United States. * Must have reliable transportation and valid driver license. * Must be able to pass a background check. * Must be able to commute to different job sites. * Must speak English and Spanish.
