Full description of the position

This individual will develop new customer relationships and maintaining existing accounts. Responsibilities * Work independently with minimum direct supervision. * Become familiar with company service offerings and capabilities. * Prospect for potential new clients and cold call as suitable * Identify new business opportunities, continually assess market data and pricing trends * Plan approaches and presentations for prospects. * Work with Service Technicians to develop proposals that meet the potential needs, concerns and objectives. * Prepare estimates and proposals with Service Technicians. * Present a professional image at all times * Perform other duties as required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Construction, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline * 5+ years of experience in Business Development and/or Account Management * Experience in plumbing and hydronics preferred, but not required * Desire to build and grow business relationships both internally and externally * Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills. * Self-motivated, proactive, and creative Benefits * Immediate long term employment * Excellent wage - DOE * Vacation, Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, 401k hc2260
