This is an outside B2B sales role for a motivated professional who enjoys opening doors, building long-term partnerships, and representing a full suite of transportation solutions. What You 'll Do * Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and first contact to closing deals and growing long-term customer relationships. * Proactively identify and pursue new B2B customers across Aim's Full-Service Leasing, Maintenance, and Rental product lines. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calling, area canvassing, and relationship-based selling. * Develop, present, and negotiate proposals and contracts tailored to customer needs. * Track leads, manage opportunities, and consistently generate proposals. * Coordinate onboarding for new accounts and expand existing customer relationships. * Spend your days in the field meeting customers - not stuck behind a desk! Job Requirements: * 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred (Business to Business) * Associates degree preferred * Strong Self manager, comfortable taking initiatve and making things happen * Must be computer literate and have the ability to adapt to various software applications * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
