Skilled Rehab & Nursing Home Marketer / Community Liaison Full-Time | On-Site We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and community-focused Marketer / Community Liaison to join our Skilled Nursing & Rehab team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, increasing referrals, and representing our facilities with professionalism, warmth, and confidence. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): * Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, social workers, ALFs, and community partners. * Increase admissions by promoting facility services and programs. * Conduct facility tours for prospective residents, families, and referral sources. * Attend networking events, hospital rounds, community programs, and outreach opportunities. * Track leads, referrals, conversions, and maintain accurate CRM/marketing logs. * Collaborate with Admissions and Administration to support census development. * Plan and participate in marketing events, in-services, and community presentations. * Communicate facility updates, clinical capabilities, and specialty programs. * Represent the facility with professionalism, warmth, and excellent customer service. Requirements: * Experience in healthcare marketing, nursing home marketing, home care, or hospital liaison work strongly preferred. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks. * Professional, polished, and confident presentation skills. * Knowledge of skilled nursing, subacute rehab, insurance, and discharge planning preferred. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Schedule & Location: Full-time, Monday-Friday with occasional events outside standard hours. Travel to hospitals, facilities, and community partners as required.
