Are you an experienced and driven sales professional looking to make an impact in fire safety? Fire Escape Services Network is seeking a Sales Representative to follow up on inbound leads for fire escape inspections and SB721 compliance inspections in San Francisco. What You 'll Be Doing: Follow-Up on Warm Leads - Connect with property owners, managers, and businesses who have inquired about fire escape inspections and SB721 compliance. Consultative Sales Approach - Educate potential clients on inspection requirements, safety regulations, and compliance solutions while guiding them through our services. Close Deals & Build Relationships - Convert inquiries into contracts and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business. Coordinate with Inspection Teams - Work closely with our inspectors and service teams to schedule inspections and ensure seamless communication. Track & Manage Leads - Keep detailed records of client interactions, follow-ups, and progress in the sales pipeline. Outbound calls as needed, to vendors, city official, and to form new relationships. Qualifications & Requirements: 3+ years of experience in service-based sales (property management, building inspections, construction, or a related field preferred). Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships. Familiarity with SB721 compliance, fire escape inspections, or building codes is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, and our CRM systems.
