Must reside in the vibrant Cleveland area - the office is located in Cleveland, OH Responsibilities * The Head of Corporate Growth is tasked with identifying potential accounts, formulating an account entry strategy, executing a prospecting campaign, establishing relationships, understanding the customer's key business strategies, and collaborating with a team of subject matter experts to design and implement a solution that aligns with the customer's business objectives. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Minimum of 10 years of direct B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 1000 companies * Demonstrated history of new business development within professional services sector * Experience with high-value sales ($250k per sale and above) * Familiarity with various sales cycles ranging from three to six to twelve months * Proven track record of career stability with a maximum of three positions held within the past ten years * Compensation structure includes highly incentivized commissions and bonuses * Proven ability to drive revenue growth through lead generation Compensation Opportunity Compensation is uncapped and tied to performance. Offering a base salary of $140K plus commission and bonus based on fiscal year revenue generation and profitability.
