Full Time Employee: Membership Sales Associate Hours: Days, Nights, Weekends. 30-35 hours a week Duties of our employees include but not limited to: * Work closely with clients to sell memberships to reach monthly sales goals as well as promote the membership program we offer * Walk new members through our studio and educate on our services and products * Answer all questions about services and the studio * Provide consistent friendly, positive service * Clean and maintain the studio to 3 Degrees standards * Assist with administrative duties such as client entry * Answering phone calls and scheduling clients * Setting up and checking members and guests in and out for appointments. * Greeting members and guests upon arrival by name * Either having the knowledge or learning about infrared saunas and their benefits. * Re-engaging inactive members. * Laundry and other housekeeping duties. * Keeping management apprised of member concerns. * Following manager's policies, procedures and direction. * Have a willingness to learn and implement learning. * Follow 3 DEGREES core values. * Staying updated on retail products and promotions we have going on as they continually change. * Goal orientated as we have team goals everyone needs to be included on. * Creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members. * Filing, scanning paperwork and going over daily paperwork at start of shift. Qualifications Include: * Passionate about health and wellness * Excellent communication skills via phone, email and in person * Goal orientated * Self-motivated * Experience with Mindbody software and other basic tools is a plus * Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED). * Possess basic math and cash handling experience. * Have previous customer service experience (preferred). * Work well with others and alone. * Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks as well as organized * Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment. * Understand the importance of confidentiality.
