Employment type: full-time Job title: Customer Service Representative 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM, Monday through Friday In Santa Barbara office Qualifications * Bilingual, written, and verbal * Ability to build rapport with customers * Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills * Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize and multitask * Works well in a team setting, as well as on your own * Must possess critical thinking attributes and detailed-oriented skills * Must adhere to strong ethics and integrity * Insurance experience is preferred, but not necessary Property and Casualty License (must be able to obtain) * Must be able to pass a background check Responsibilities * Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
