Full description of the position

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Business Development Manager to generate new business within the commercial market. This is a true hunter role focused on identifying, pursuing, and closing new commercial clients through strategic prospecting and consultative, value-based selling. This position is ideal for a competitive sales professional who thrives on building pipelines, closing deals, and driving market growth.

Key Responsibilities

:

  • Proactively identify and secure new commercial clients through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach
  • Build strong relationships with property managers, facility leaders, developers, and decision-makers
  • Utilize a solution-based sales approach to uncover client needs and present tailored service proposals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast sales activity and results
  • Collaborate with operations and estimating teams to ensure aligned and achievable proposals
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, new account goals, and margin targets
Qualifications

:

  • Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience (service-based industries preferred)
  • Proven ability to prospect, close, and exceed sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working autonomously
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
