Inside Sales Representative Insurance (Inbound Only!) Location: Woodbridge, NJ (4 days in-office / 1 day remote) Pay: $50,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE $70,000$100,000+) Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (Direct Hire for Top Performers) A Career in Insurance Without the Cold Calling. What Youll Do * Answer inbound calls and provide quotes for auto, home, and renters insurance. * Deliver a consultative sales experience and recommend the best coverage options. * Close sales while maintaining accuracy in documentation and follow-up. * Stay current on coverage offerings, state requirements, and underwriting guidelines. Who Were Looking For * Excellent communicator with strong customer service skills. * Sales or insurance background is a plusbut not required! * Ready to earn your NJ Property & Casualty License within the first 4 weeks (we cover all costs). * Organized, detail-oriented, and driven to hit goals. * Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel. * College degree preferred.
