Sales Engineer Compensation: $70, 000-$120, 000 Based on Experience About the Role Our partner is seeking a Sales Engineer who combines technical expertise with strong communication and problem-solving skills. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in automation, controls, or related engineering environments who wants to grow their career while working on diverse, high-impact projects. In this position, you'll collaborate across engineering, operations, and customer teams to design tailored solutions, support project development, and lead technical sales efforts. The work is dynamic, fast-moving, and rooted in solving real-world challenges. Role/Responsibilities * Develop engineered solutions for customers across various industrial and infrastructure environments * Work closely with engineering partners, integrators, contractors, and end users to scope projects * Prepare proposals, technical quotations, and bid responses * Deliver technical presentations to both small and large groups * Review performance specifications, drawings, and customer requirements * Support automation, controls, and system integration initiatives * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and technical alignment * Travel as needed to customer sites, project locations, and partner meetings Experience/Skillset * Experience in industrial automation, manufacturing systems, or process control * Understanding of networking, telecom systems, and control communication protocols * Familiarity with PLC/DCS platforms such as Rockwell, Schneider, Emerson, or similar * Ability to interpret technical documents, specifications, and engineering packages * Experience supporting project development, proposals, and solution design * Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to diverse audiences * A problem-solver's mindset with the ability to work across multiple engineering areas MH456
