What Success Looks Like * Clients describe their experience as smooth, personal, and memorable. * The phones, inbox, and schedule run like clockwork. * Leads are followed up quickly, and no opportunity slips through the cracks. * The team runs efficiently because you keep information clear and organized. * You treat the clinic like it's your own business. What You 'll Do * Manage front desk operations, patient check-ins, and appointment flow. * Handle inbound calls, scheduling, and messages with warmth and accuracy. * Follow up with new leads, cancellations, and no-shows to maintain strong retention. * Educate clients about our services, memberships, and skincare lines. * Process sales and payments using our POS system (training provided). * Support the team with administrative and operational tasks. * Keep the clinic spotless, organized, and fully stocked. * Stay current on treatments, trends, and promotions so you can speak with confidence. Who You Are * Experienced in front desk and client service in a beauty, spa, or medical setting. * Comfortable selling skincare or aesthetic services without being pushy. * Skilled at multitasking, scheduling, and managing details in a fast-paced clinic. * Professional, reliable, and loyal. You're looking for a long-term home, not a quick stop. * Confident using POS systems such as BLVD (we'll train if needed). * Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills. * Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
