JOB SUMMARY Responsible for assisting customers, carry out 's, sales, sales events, special orders, merchandise displays and maintenance, cashiering, product knowledge, working as part of a team and other related duties. This is a "key holder" position therefore you must be available to work weekends. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include the following:

• Provides courteous, efficient, and professional customer service to all customers. (internal & external)
• Greet customers upon arrival and answer phones promptly.
• Maintains effective vendor knowledge and/or relationships.
• Develop and maintain customer loyalty.
• Assist with the opening/closing of store.
• Recommend products/materials for installation.
• Assist with design/layout of paver/wall projects.
• Create quotes for materials requested by customers.
• Handles all POS transactions such as cash, checks, charge, invoices, sales orders, deposits, returns and refund transactions in computer.
• Applies percentage discounts, edits line-item descriptions, and changes tax rates in computer as required.
• Create cash accounts for customers.
• Generate pre-liens on orders when applicable.
• Accurately searches and locates sku's in computer.
• Understands and follows store policies regarding credit cards, checks, and refunds.
• Assist with ordering and setting up tools in showroom.
• Sets up delivery orders and direct shipments.
• Accurately prices products/materials. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
