Key Responsibilities * Own the overall client relationship across service lines and solutions. * Lead regular project reviews with clients to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities. * Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure commitments are met and expectations are exceeded. * Understand the client's IT landscape, industry challenges, and digital transformation goals to offer consultative insights. * Work closely with sales leadership to shape go-to-market strategies and drive pipeline development within accounts. * Track and report on key account KPIs, risks, and opportunities. * Act as a voice of the client internally to influence product/service roadmap and delivery improvements. * Conduct regular status reviews, QBRs, and reporting on KPIs, project health, and client feedback. * Stay abreast of industry trends, client developments, and emerging technologies relevant to the client's business.
