Chicago Baking Company has as an outstanding opportunity for a District Sales Manager for our Milwaukee, WI area. Essential Functions * Developing and growing customer relationships within a big box selling environment. * Providing leadership to a team to achieve sales volume targets. * Recruiting, training, and developing a team of merchandisers to meet customer requirements and expectations, as well as sales targets. * Providing feedback to management to ensure effective results. * Meeting and exceeding customer expectations by following company strategies. * Observing and reporting competitive activity within the territory and recommending solutions to management * Promoting practices that result in all employees conducting themselves in a safe and professional manner. lbsales Qualifications Successful candidates must have at least three years of sales and management experience in a consumer-packaged goods or direct store delivery environment. A college degree is preferred. This position is subject to a drug test and background check for any convictions directly related to its duties and responsibilities.
