Our client is seeking aProject Manager. This job will have the following responsibilities: * Serve as a liaison between operations, sales and external partners and customers for the successful manufacturing of products. * Demonstrate leadership and accountability for total project execution. * Communicate to all concerned parties project milestones, status updates, as well as any existing or potential customer escalation issues. * Serve as the primary point of contact for information regarding product specs, production status related to product and/or program development. * Drive improved customer relationships. Qualifications & Requirements: * Bachelor?s degree is preferred but will consider additional experience in lieu of. * Minimum of 3 years of project experience in a retail based company or in manufacturing. * 3+ years of project management experience * Can manage multiple projects concurrently. * Excellent customer relationship skills and a strong ability to solve complex problems * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong analytical skills, including statistical reasoning and practical application of mathematical concepts * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and Outlook If you're passionate about delivering high-quality service and driving operational excellence, we?d love to hear from you!
