We are currently looking for a Outside Sales Representative based in* _Chicago, IL_* covering the territory of Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin, Iowa and North Indiana. Why CWD? Do you enjoy working with horses? * At CWD, we offer you the opportunity to work for a dynamic, international, market leading saddlery company with expertise in crafting custom luxury saddles and tack * Our 6 week training program will help you gain knowledge related to saddle fitting, leather, horse biomechanics and sales What we are looking for... * Prior successful field sales experience * Someone ready to hit the road and travel, with a clean driving record * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to help clients achieve their riding goals * A passionate rider with knowledge of the English riding industry and horse shows * Strong organizational skills; reliable, independent, and dynamic go-getter Requirements: Sales Representative Mission: * Become the most talented saddle expert within your territory * Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro-Riders, Barns) * Represent CWD at horse shows * Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best-in-class customer service * Be a brand ambassador of CWD!
