Business Development Executive, Specialty Staffing Professional Direct Hire Recruiting Industry Location: Milwaukee, WI market (remote-based role) Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commission and bonus potential Our client is a growing staffing and recruiting organization with a dedicated specialty and direct-hire practice. They are seeking a Business Development Executive to expand market share within a defined territory by securing new client partnerships and driving revenue growth for specialty staffing solutions. This role partners closely with a dedicated direct-hire recruiting team and is ideal for a consultative sales professional who thrives in high-activity environments and enjoys building long-term client relationships.
