Business Development Executive, Specialty Staffing Professional Direct Hire Recruiting Industry Location: Milwaukee, WI market (remote-based role)

: Competitive base salary plus commission and bonus potential Our client is a growing staffing and recruiting organization with a dedicated specialty and direct-hire practice. They are seeking a Business Development Executive to expand market share within a defined territory by securing new client partnerships and driving revenue growth for specialty staffing solutions. This role partners closely with a dedicated direct-hire recruiting team and is ideal for a consultative sales professional who thrives in high-activity environments and enjoys building long-term client relationships. What you 'll be doing:
- Drive new business development within an assigned territory focused on specialty staffing and direct-hire solutions
- Execute targeted prospecting strategies through outbound calls, email outreach, and in-person or virtual meetings
- Maintain consistent weekly activity levels, including first-time meetings with prospective clients
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline aligned to revenue and gross profit targets
- Collaborate with internal recruiting leadership to deliver customized hiring solutions
- Develop and present tailored sales presentations and value-based proposals
- Track performance against defined scorecards and participate in weekly sales reviews
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and client needs to identify new growth opportunities
- Support continuous improvement of sales processes to increase effectiveness and efficiency What you 'll need:
- Demonstrated success selling staffing or professional services in a competitive environment
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to open doors and close new accounts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities while meeting activity and revenue goals
- Customer-focused approach with an emphasis on long-term partnerships
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office 365 tools
