Role Overview At Jilly's Car Wash, Booth Leads are more than just a title--they are leaders who deliver results. The Booth Lead is responsible for leading the MSA (Membership Sales Associate) team at their site, with a strong focus on training, accountability, and sales performance. This is an Expanded Booth Lead role, meaning you are the primary leader for sales execution at your location. A Field Trainer will not be regularly assigned to your site. Instead, you will take full ownership of developing your team, driving sales performance, and ensuring sales processes are followed consistently. This role is ideal for someone who leads from the front, takes ownership of results, and is motivated to grow as a leader within Jilly's Car Wash. Core Responsibilities Training * Train all new MSAs on sales process, pitch, and performance expectations * Ensure new hires reach conversion targets within 30 days of completing training Accountability * Hold MSAs accountable to all sales processes, including: * Getting outside the booth * Pitching every customer * Never bypassing sales screens Leadership * Lead daily and weekly sales huddles * Set clear performance expectations * Coach MSAs to continuously improve individual and team results Communication * Maintain consistent communication with the Site Manager regarding staffing, coverage, and performance * Communicate site-level needs, challenges, and wins as they arise Field Trainer Support * Field Trainers will not be regularly assigned or self-scheduled at the site * Support will be provided upon request based on site needs What We 're Looking For * Proven leadership or coaching experience (sales experience preferred) * Strong communication and accountability skills * Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team * Results-driven mindset with a focus on sales performance * Willingness to take ownership of site-level success Why Join Jilly 's Car Wash? * Opportunity to lead and make a direct impact on performance * Growth and development as a leader * Performance-driven culture that rewards results * Supportive management and clear expectations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
