We are seeking a driven sales professional who wants to be part of that growth and earn meaningful income by delivering results. This is not a retail sales job. It is a role for someone who knows how to build relationships, hunt opportunities, and close deals -- and we provide the infrastructure to help you do it. What You 'll Do * Generate and manage your pipeline using our established CRM and sales workflow system * Work leads from our curated lead list -- not start from scratch * Build strong relationships with homeowners, builders, designers, and commercial partners * Attend job walks, explain flooring solutions, present estimates, and close projects * Follow up persistently and professionally to secure work and repeat business * Coordinate walkthroughs, quotes, and handoffs with our internal team * Represent 2nd Gen Hardwood with confidence, integrity, and professionalism What You Need to Succeed * Sales experience (construction, building materials, flooring, or related fields preferred) * Strong communication, follow-up, and closing ability * Self-driven and accountable -- we reward performance, not excuses * Comfortable working commission-only -- your income is directly tied to results * Ability to connect with people, build trust, and execute commitments * Flooring knowledge is a plus -- we will train the right person Compensation * 100% commission-based * 8% commission on new client sales * 3% commission on repeat client sales * No cap on earnings -- strong performers can make life-changing money What Sets This Opportunity Apart * You do not have to build your own system * We provide a full CRM to manage and track your pipeline * We provide a lead list to pursue immediately * We have a complete sales workflow already in place This is a position for someone who is hungry, competitive, and ready to produce.
