About Us: We are a performance-driven digital advertising agency specializing in Meta and Google ad platforms, with a strong focus on affiliate marketing models. Our mission is to help our clients scale efficiently while navigating the complexities of platform policies, ad account management, and campaign performance. Role Overview: We're looking for a highly social, strategic, and persuasive Strategic Partnerships Development Manager to help us build and nurture critical relationships within Meta, Google, and other digital advertising ecosystems. This person will play a key role in streamlining ad account creation, keeping accounts active, resolving policy and compliance issues, and opening new partnership opportunities that enable our affiliate-driven campaigns to scale. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with key contacts at Meta, Google, and other relevant ad platforms. * Proactively manage communication with platform reps to resolve account issues (e.g., disapprovals, bans, spending restrictions) quickly and tactfully. * Advocate for our agency and our affiliate partners to secure faster account approvals and increased ad spend limits. * Identify partnership opportunities (e.g., beta programs, dedicated account management, policy escalations). * Represent the agency at industry events, networking functions, and platform meetups. * Collaborate with internal teams (media buying, compliance, operations) to anticipate account needs and streamline issue resolution. * Track and report on relationship health, platform performance trends, and partnership opportunities. Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in business development, partner management, or strategic account management--ideally in digital advertising or affiliate marketing. * Strong understanding of Meta and Google advertising ecosystems. * Existing relationships or prior experience working with the Meta Ads Team or Google Agency Team is a strong plus. * Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills. * Comfortable navigating policy discussions and advocating tactfully for client and agency interests. * Highly proactive, organized, and results-driven. * Ability to work in a self-directed, performance-oriented environment. Preferred: * Familiarity with affiliate marketing business models. * Experience helping agencies or advertisers overcome platform compliance hurdles. * Ability to work across time zones and maintain strong external relationships long-term.
