As a Sales Associate, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, help match them with the right car, and ensure an outstanding dealership experience. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm. * Build rapport and trust with every guest--listen actively to understand their needs. * Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits. * Conduct test drives and explain financing and aftermarket options. * Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about inventory. * Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty. * Handle paperwork and sales processes accurately and efficiently. * Foster a positive team environment with integrity and a strong work ethic.
