Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. English or English and Spanish!! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, telemarketing, and technology sales, with a proven ability to engage customers and drive business development. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively utilize CRM software, including Vanilla Soft to manage leads, predictive dialer and track sales activities. We start off with Appointment Setting for outside agents however we can move top performers into Inside Sales. We are a credit card processing company showing our potential customers how they can go from paying over 3% in processing fees to ZERO!!!! Duties * Conduct outbound calling to potential clients, focusing on warm leads and nurturing relationships to convert prospects into customers. * Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets. * Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote products and services effectively. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for lead generation and customer engagement. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. * Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within CRM software, tracking progress and updating client information as necessary. * Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. Qualifications * Proven experience in inside sales or appointment setting. B2B sales preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals or appointments successfully. * Familiarity with telemarketing practices and techniques. * Willingness to work hard * Proficiency in using CRM software and Dialers. We use Vanilla Soft * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Demonstrated ability in business development through effective outbound calling strategies. * Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to sales processes is an advantage. * A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and adapting to changing market conditions.
