We're looking for goal- driven, positive-minded individuals to join our team and help clients achieve their wellness goals. About the Role: As a Wellness Spa Sales Specialist , you will play a crucial role in enhancing the client experience while driving sales for our cryo-slimming treatments and wellness packages. This is a sales-focused position where you will connect with clients, understand their unique goals, and offer tailored solutions to help them on their wellness journey. Your success will be measured not only by your sales performance but also by your ability to foster strong client relationships and hold them accountable to their progress. Key Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional service while delivering cryo-slimming treatments and wellness solutions. * Actively promote and sell wellness packages, confidently handling objections and emphasizing the value of high-dollar services. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals. * Educate clients on services, products, and the importance of regular wellness practices. * Track client progress and follow up to ensure accountability and continued engagement. * Collaborate with team members to create a positive, supportive spa environment. What We're Looking For: * Sales-focused mindset - motivated to meet and exceed sales targets. * Confidence in selling high-dollar packages and effectively managing objections. * A passion for wellness and beauty, with a commitment to helping clients look and feel their best. * Excellent communication and listening skills - able to connect with clients and understand their objectives. * A positive attitude and a strong desire for personal and professional improvement. * Preferred: Experience in sales, salons, spas, or aesthetics. What We Offer: * Base pay of $20/hour, with significant earning potential through commissions, bonuses, and tips. Schedule: * Full-time and part-time positions available with flexible shifts. * Day shift: Monday to Friday, rotating weekends.
