This position is a great launching pad for a career in our firm. Successful AAMs are often promoted to Account Managers within 3 months. Note: This position is full-time in office (sorry, we don't offer remote work or relocation allowances). Our Associate Account Managers are an integral part of a successful team that knows how to use sophisticated, scientific, and research-based approaches to dental practice growth. Responsibilities : * Work in a support role on our sales team * Aid Reps with reactivating clients. * Participate with on-boarding clients. * Organize information within the database and start appropriate jobs. * Review Secret Shopper Call scores (SSCs) with clients and guide them with ways they can improve the scores as well as use the SSCs as strategic information to use for customizing marketing volumes. * Aid in growth of client practice by understanding the recommendations and how to apply them to our client's offices. * Assisting account managers with recruiting staff for dental offices by posting ads, screening applicants, and working with dental offices to vet qualified candidates. * Create payment arrangements and OMMCs (orchestrated mail marketing campaigns or optimal direct mail branding campaigns) for your team. * Participate in meetings, understand the takebacks and accountabilities to proactively put information gathered in meetings into your daily routine * Collect statistics each month from clients for all teams who are missing stats. * Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers * Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments and products * Consult our clients on best practices in our industry to ensure all are growing optimally * Address customer inquiries, concerns and complaints Qualifications : * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields * Ability to build rapport with clients * Strong consulting skills * Deadline-driven and detail-oriented * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to multitask * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially over the phone * 1 years+ experience in an office and/or professional setting * Previous customer service experience is a plus * Bachelor's degree Account Managers have : - Rapid opportunity for advancement.
