Duties * Actively engage with potential customers through outbound calls, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities. * Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and specifications confidently to prospective buyers, highlighting the value proposition of each model. * Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions using CRM software. * Negotiate deals effectively with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profitability. * Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, financing options, accessories, and maintenance packages to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue. * Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales when engaging with corporate clients or fleet buyers. * Maintain comprehensive inventory management records to ensure accurate vehicle availability information. * Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events, public speaking engagements, and community outreach to attract new prospects. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process by demonstrating professionalism, active listening, and clear communication. * Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the sales process, improve organizational workflows, and achieve dealership goals. * Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle inbound inquiries professionally and efficiently. * Assist in retail math calculations for pricing strategies, discounts, and profit margins to ensure accurate deal closing. * Maintain organized records of all customer interactions, test drives, negotiations, and transactions for seamless follow-up. Experience * Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales is highly preferred; dealership experience is a strong advantage. * Demonstrated success in outside sales or outbound sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities--both verbal and written--in multiple languages is a plus for engaging diverse clientele. * Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines effectively. * Knowledge of inventory management systems and inventory control processes within a dealership environment. * Experience in high-end or luxury vehicle sales can be beneficial but is not mandatory; enthusiasm for premium products is essential. * Ability to perform retail math accurately for pricing strategies and deal calculations. * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. * Public speaking or presentation experience can help facilitate promotional events or customer demonstrations effectively.
