Job Type: Full-time Career, permanent (subject to a ninety (90) day probationary period) Primary Duties and Responsibilities We are currently seeking an individual to be one of our Business Development Managers located at our San Francisco regional office. A Business Development Manager is meticulously attentive to a client's potential needs and is tremendously goal oriented. Representing the Sprung brand takes dedication, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work together as a team. As a Business Development Manager, you are asked not just to obtain the sales, but to formulate lasting relationships with potential clients. Primary duties will include: * Meeting prospects and clients both in person and virtually. * Developing relationships through prospecting and networking. * Maintaining contact with existing clients. * Setting and meeting goals & objectives. Qualifications * Sales experience with long lead time closes. * Networking experience. * Salesforce CRM experience a plus. * Construction industry backgrounds a plus. Soft Skills * You must have the self-motivation to cold call new clients confidently. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to work effectively with commercial and industrial clients. * Exceptional time-management skills to ensure all leads are timely followed up on. * Have the drive and skills to consistently discover opportunities and develop them into sales. Generous Remuneration Package Salary of $65,000/year plus up to 3% commission on individual sales plus a shared team incentive on all team sales in the territory. Also, a variable potential yearend bonus when reaching certain sales milestones on our President List. Willingness to Travel: The successful candidate should anticipate 30% travel time within the assigned territory and reimburse expenses every two weeks Area of Responsibility The San Francisco office supports 3 States in the Northwest. This position will be responsible for Oregon, Nevada and most of California. Training: An extensive training program and traveling with our existing Business Development Managers and our Regional Manager to ensure the candidate understands what is expected of them on trips and how to properly represent our company brand and products.
