Summary As a Retail Sales Leader at Martin & MacArthur, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing customer experiences in our stores. This position is essential for maintaining our high standards of service while promoting our unique product offerings. Responsibilities * Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. * Manage daily operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and store presentation. * Develop training programs to enhance team skills and product knowledge. * Supervise staff performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure high standards are met. * Collaborate with management on budgeting and financial planning for the store. * Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement. Requirements * Proven experience in retail management or a leadership role within a retail environment. * Strong cash handling skills and experience managing financial transactions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team. * Ability to develop training programs that enhance team performance. * Experience with inventory management practices is preferred.
