Patera Landscaping - Omaha, NE Position Type: Full-Time (with growth opportunity) Compensation: Based on experience Schedule: Weekdays and some weekends with occasional flexibility About the Role Patera Landscaping is looking for a Sales Assistant to support our design and sales team and help move projects across the finish line. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people , and who enjoys helping deals come together through follow-up, coordination, and relationship-building. This position works closely with our designers and salespeople and plays a key role in turning proposals into signed projects. With time and performance, this role has the potential to grow into a full sales position. What You 'll Be Doing * Supporting designers and sales staff throughout the sales process * Following up with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings * Helping coordinate proposals, documents, and client communications * Assisting with scheduling, clerical tasks, and internal coordination * Acting as a friendly, professional point of contact for customers * Helping push projects from proposal stage to finalized sale What We 're Looking For * Very outgoing and personable -- comfortable working with many personalities * Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person) * Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable * Sales-related background preferred (inside sales, customer service, account support, etc.) * Ability to follow up consistently and professionally * Team-first mindset with a desire to grow Landscaping or construction experience is NOT required , but familiarity is a plus. What We Sell Our projects range from small to large-scale, including: * Trees and planting * Outdoor living spaces * Water features and ponds * Retaining walls and hardscaping * Outdoor lighting * Pools and high-end landscape installations You'll be exposed to a wide variety of projects and clients.
