We're looking for a Sales Manager who can both sell and lead sellers -- someone who gets energy from closing deals, coaching a team, and pushing everyone (including themselves) to perform at the highest level. This role is about driving revenue in the agriculture equipment industry , selling premium, high-quality products to end users and through dealers. You'll lead a phone sales team and a traveling field sales group , making sure every person on your team is producing -- and growing. What You 'll Do * Lead from the front -- sell, teach, and hold others accountable * Build and manage both inside sales and traveling sales representatives * Train and motivate salespeople to sell value in a competitive market * Set clear goals and follow up relentlessly to ensure results * Grow sales through dealers, distributors, and direct end users * Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to keep the team winning * Split your time between office leadership and traveling to key territories What You Bring * Proven experience selling high-quality products in a competitive market * Strong leadership and sales coaching skills * Experience managing both inside and outside sales teams * A "no excuses" attitude -- results come first * Comfort with agriculture or equipment sales preferred * Ability to travel as needed to meet customers and reps Why This Role Matters You won't just be another manager -- you'll be the pace-setter.
