To learn more, visit us at [please apply online] Position Summary: As an Account Manager specializing in Real Estate and Homeowners Associations (HOA), you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with expertise and care. You will manage a diverse book of business while collaborating closely with our HOA team to deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and nurture new business leads from producers and identify cross-sell opportunities. * Manage renewal business and maintain ongoing relationships with clients. * Provide account servicing and claims assistance as needed. * Complete insurance applications, obtain quotes, negotiate premiums and commissions, and prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations. * Bind coverage, prepare binders, and issue certificates. * Review insurance coverage, identify deficiencies, and recommend appropriate levels of coverage. * Conduct client meetings via Zoom or Teams as directed by producers. * Review accounting history, address inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and assist clients with receivable collections. * Oversee fee collection, reconciliation, and resolution of any outstanding balances. * Ensure compliance with agency management system data standards and maintain data integrity within AMS 360. * Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and client needs. Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years of related experience in insurance or a similar field. * Valid insurance license. * Commitment to ongoing professional development and compliance with Continuing Education requirements for license renewal. Skills: * Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. * Strong problem-solving and time management skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. * Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
