Overview We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Technical Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities within new and existing accounts, managing and following up on quotations, and providing technical solutions that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, customer service, and global teams. --- Key Responsibilities: * Quote Management: Follow up on expired and lost quotes to identify opportunities for re-engagement and conversion. * Account Mining: Analyze and engage existing customer accounts to uncover additional revenue opportunities. * Manage Inbound leads * New Business Development: Proactively prospect and engage potential customers, guiding them through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and successful integration into the customer base. * Technical Qualification: Provide in-depth technical assistance to customers to fully understand and qualify their requirements. * Solution Selling: Recommend appropriate products and solutions tailored to customer applications, including custom product offerings when applicable. * Value Identification: Identify and communicate unique value-adds the company can offer to enhance customer solutions. * Cost Estimation Support: Coordinate with overseas teams for support with pricing and cost estimation as needed. * Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering department to generate accurate quotations for complex or customized projects. * Quote Generation: Create quotes using internal pricing and product cost estimation tools. * Order Handoff: Ensure smooth communication with the Customer Service team once an order is placed, facilitating seamless order fulfillment. * CRM & ERP Tools: Utilize HubSpot for sales activity tracking and Epicor for order and pricing information. --- Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field preferred * 2+ years of inside sales experience in a technical or manufacturing environment * Proven experience working in a sales role with individual performance measured against sales quotas or revenue targets * Strong technical acumen and ability to interpret product specifications * Experience with CRM (HubSpot preferred) and ERP (Epicor preferred) systems * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills * Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Disability insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: Hybrid remote in DuBois, PA 15801
