Business Development Manager We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team! This role leads all acitivities for the Business Development Sales Team, along with generating new business for the Mentor program. This position will be an in- person position in Bison's Lafayette, IN Office. Responsibilities: * Oversees the daily sales operations of the Business Development Team * Tracks monthly results and trends for business forecasting * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking,research, and outreach * Motivate and hold the Business Development Team accountable Qualifications: * 1+ years of sales experience * Strong leadership qualities * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Familitarity with CRM platforms * Demonstrates professionalism * Results-oriented mindset * Problem-solving skills * Strong attention to detail The position has a salary range of $50,000-55,000/year + comission. Additionally, the position will provide a pathway for advancement throughout the company.
