Account Executive - Construction Staffing Sales Location: Tampa Bay/St. Petersburg Industry Leader | Unlimited Earning Potential | Build and Own Your Book of Business RAMS Skilled Trades is seeking a driven, persuasive B2B sales professional to expand our client base and strengthen our position as Florida's premier skilled-trades staffing partner. We're looking for a true hunter--someone who can aggressively build new business while strategically managing and growing a strong existing portfolio of contractor clients.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Proactively generate leads, prospect, and open new contractor accounts
- Drive consistent outbound activity (calls, visits, presentations) to grow revenue
- Establish RAMS Skilled Trades as the trusted partner for skilled labor solutions Account Management
- Manage, nurture, and expand an existing book of business
- Conduct regular on-site client visits to build relationships and ensure service quality
- Serve as a consultative advisor, providing workforce solutions that meet client needs Recruiting & Fulfillment
- Recruit and qualify skilled tradespeople through creative sourcing strategies
- Quickly fill job orders by matching the right workers to the right opportunities
- Maintain accuracy and speed in all placements to exceed client expectations Problem Solving & Execution
- Resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain ownership of client satisfaction and job site performance
- Balance multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines What We Offer

- Proven B2B sales success (construction or staffing experience strongly preferred)
- High-energy prospector with strong cold-calling and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset--you operate like this is your own business
- Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable making independent decisions
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment
- Field-oriented--comfortable meeting clients and visiting job sites regularly
Requirements
- Clean driving record
- Clean background check (required for military, airport, and other secured sites)
- Ability to pass a drug test
