What You 'll Do * Drive New Business: Consistently produce 40-50+ items per month using multiple high-quality lead sources (no endless cold calling). * Consult and Close: Build trust with prospects, deliver tailored solutions, and close sales that truly protect clients' needs. * Pipeline Management: Track activity, quotes, and follow-ups using proven systems and CRM tools. * Mentor and Lead: Set the standard for the team, support SDRs and junior agents, and help build a high-performance culture. * Own Your Results: Meet/beat daily KPIs--2 items/day, 8 serious quotes, 3 hours talk time. What You Bring * Active P &C insurance license (required) * 1+ year of insurance sales experience with proven 40+ items/month production * Spanish fluency a plus (preferred for Bellevue, bonus for Omaha) * Competitive, coachable, dependable, and growth-minded * Strong communicator --able to build trust and close deals * In-office commitment (remote only after 6+ months for top performers) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In personThe Allstate Corporation
