Company Overview TAP Plastics is the leading specialty retailer of plastics and plastic related products in the industry. We are currently hiring for a part-time Retail Sales Associates to join our team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service and sales, with a strong emphasis on delivering an exceptional shopping experience. This role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative retail environment. Duties: * Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude. * Provide detailed product information and personalized recommendations. * Accurately process sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system. * Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and assist with inventory counts. * Restock merchandise and uphold visual presentation standards. * Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively. * Assist with unloading deliveries and be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Skills: * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with clients. * At least one year of prior retail sales experience is required. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Basic math skills, including proficiency in using a tape measure. * Experience operating a cash register. * Effective organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain visually appealing displays. Hours: 40hours per week - Monday through Saturday between 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Closed on Sundays and many holidays! Pay: $20.20 per hour to start with .50 cent increase upon completing training.
