This role is for someone who wants to shape the security infrastructure of major public and private spaces, manage large multi-million-dollar deals, and sell life-saving technology that makes environments safer. The ideal candidate is comfortable with complex sales cycles, can build pipelines from the ground up, and knows how to navigate multi-stakeholder relationships in regulated or high-security environments. Candidate Qualifications * Has sold into hospitals or other regulated environments * Has run 7-figure, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals * Isn't scared of long sales cycles * Can generate pipelines from scratch * Has politics and relationship EQ * Works well in founder-led and fast-paced environments * Loves mission-driven safety/security technology Duties * Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital systems, large enterprises, and key stakeholders * Conduct warm calling and proactive outreach to generate new business opportunities * Own enterprise-level sales cycles across multiple decision-makers * Use Salesforce to track activities, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate forecasting * Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet hospital and enterprise needs * Lead initiatives that expand Athena's presence in healthcare and other regulated environments * Stay informed about industry developments to communicate Athena's value proposition effectively Requirements * Proven experience in enterprise -- preferably in hospital systems, MedTech, physical security, access control, or regulated environments * Successful track record managing 7-figure deals and long, multi-stakeholder buying cycles * Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive initiatives independently * Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management abilities * Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools * Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating with a high-growth, founder-led team * Passion for safety, security-tech, and mission-driven innovation Compensation & Benefits * OTE: $100,000 - Unlimited OTE * Performance-based bonuses * Equity participation * Opportunity to make a direct impact on company growth and trajectory Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
