USED CAR SALES MANAGER -- HUNTERS ONLY This is not a "training role." This is not a "work-life balance" job. This is not for people who need motivation. We're looking for a Used Car Sales Manager who dominates the floor , controls the desk, and knows how to turn inventory into profit fast. If you close deals, hold gross, and don't make excuses, keep reading. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Run the used car department like it's your business * Desk deals, close customers, and hold gross without blinking * Manage, motivate, and pressure-test a sales team * Control inventory, pricing, and turn rate * Drive volume and profit, not one or the other * Compete. Win. Repeat.
