Benefits available after 60 days! * $175,000 Opportunity! * Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance * Employee purchase program * Paid Vacation / Sick time * Opportunity for advancement * Responsibilities - Sales Manager: * Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all salespeople. * Directs sales staffing, and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs. * Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit. * Monitors salesperson productivity and performance * Administers and monitors factory-sponsored programs * Displays, merchandises, and promotes vehicles * Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, and volume potential, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership * Serves as a liaison between the sales department and other departments * Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements * Maintains a professional appearance * Attends manager meetings as requested * Other duties may be assigned * Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Manager Previous Automotive Sales Management experience is required! * Used car knowledge is preferred. * vAuto or Max Digital experience is preferred. * Professional appearance and strong communication skills * Basic computer skills * Proven track record * Team oriented * Team building and development ability, motivational and leadership skills * Please upload your resume.
