Full description of the position

Job Overview This is a full-time, in-office position with standard hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role begins with an hourly rate of $26.00 during a 90-day probationary period. Upon successful completion of this period, the position transitions to a $55,000 annual base salary, with eligibility for benefits, bonuses, and commissions. No real estate license or real estate experience required. We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Professional to join our team. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information Realtors and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Recruiting Specialists. The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls to generate new leads and nurture existing client relationships * Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline. * Achieving productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while cold calling. * Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections. * Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update client information, manage pipelines, and call log. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach strategies and improve lead generation efforts. Requirements * Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or real estate sales preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively. * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Proficiency with CRM software. * Familiarity with telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities * Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills * Ability to practice, memorize, and internalize scripts * Wants more for themselves than just a weekly salary * Highest level of integrity and respect for others Base plus commission Full time, in-office position Pay: $26.00 - $26.50 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
