Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Salesperson to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, possess excellent negotiation skills, and have a strong background in retail and high- end automobile sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, build a robust sales pipeline, and contribute to the growth of our dealership. Multilingual abilities and experience with CRM software are highly valued to enhance customer interactions and expand our market reach. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, customer service expertise, and organizational abilities to manage inventory and sales processes effectively. Responsibilities * Engage in outbound sales activities including cold calling and B2B sales to generate new business opportunities * Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets * Conduct high-end automobile sales by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions * Upsell additional products, services, or vehicle features to maximize revenue * Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management strategies * Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress * Provide excellent customer service through effective phone etiquette, public speaking, and personalized communication * Support marketing initiatives aimed at increasing dealership visibility and attracting new clients * Assist in dealership operations such as inventory management, retail math calculations, and organizational tasks * Maintain knowledge of current automotive market trends, competitor activities, and product offerings Experience * Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales with a focus on high-end or luxury vehicles preferred * Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, or outbound sales environments * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively * Experience with CRM software and inventory management systems is highly desirable * Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for engaging a diverse customer base * Excellent communication skills including public speaking, phone etiquette, and interpersonal interactions * Ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently while supporting dealership marketing efforts * Previous experience in dealership operations, inventory control, or retail math will be advantageous Join our team as an Automotive Salesperson if you are passionate about cars, skilled in building customer relationships, and eager to drive your career forward in a fast-paced automotive environment.
